Nice! and what's the story behind that beauty?

The red stag is up, and you are back! We get a two-for-one deal, how cool is that? What's been happening? You look healthy in the photo...

Aloha
Well it's been quite a year, Had to give up shooting for a while, Had a spinal issue to deal with, after many hours of research and talking to one Dr after another, I decided to get it repaired.
But June, I had enough pain to last me a lifetime, so I got the ball rolling, all the Insurance Garbage of today, it's no wonder Mr Trump won, it's horrible!
But after many tests ,Xrays, counseling and second Opinions, they set me up to have it done on Friday morning early in July.
Well on thursday evening they decided that my Weight was too much for the surgery and canceled it and said come back when you lose #75 or get to #250 I was #318 at that time, it was hard to just get out of bed, no less do 8 hours work, So I smile and said ok fine, that was #51 ago...
I'm holding steady at #275 right now and just been doing the "Watch what I'm eating thing" I hate exercise machines, and running and weight loss shakes, so slow by slow I'm getting there.

I have a couple wounded warriors and another person interested in building bows so I'm back int he sadlle again and even been shooting some too, It's still painful to draw my longbow, but I still keep at it.

So I guess I'll have a longbow build ot two soon , they just need to get some material and we can have some fun.

I have #22 more pounds to lose before I can decide. But the pain isn't going away.

Just sitting here I have the back twinging and getting ready to go off on me.
Mine is the L-1, L-2 causing numbeness and the L-5 is causing the lower back pain, but they are too far apart to do both...

I guess the pain needs to go first...... :(
