Pocket quiver for a special bow

Postby Oklahoma Leatherman » Wed Jan 16, 2013 9:35 am

As many of you know, Greywolf created Trav, a traveling bow that goes around and spends approximately a month with someone that is interested in trying out Traditional archery. Well I have been blessed to have Trav since November and I decided to make an addition to the collection of items he travels with. Now in addition to the bow, stringer, arrows, arm guard and log book that goes with the package, there is going to be a back pocket quiver!

What do you all think?

Here is a link to a post I put up about almost getting a deer with Trav:

Today Trav is headed up to Spokane, WA to spend some quality time with Frosty The Bowman. Maybe Greywolf will start another pass around for 2013. Folks even if you how your own bow, or if you don't, having Trav come visit for a month or so is a blast. He is made so that most people in the family can enjoy him. If enough people contact Greywolf there may just be enough interest in passing him around the country again this year!

Josh and I cut out 20 of these pocket quivers to (hopefully) have ready for Ojam in a couple of weeks. Now I'll just have to squeeze some free time in to get them put together between now and then!

Thanks for the nice comments guys. I do have some plain brown, tan and burgundy ones ready to ship out in case anyone wants to order one. Information is on the classified tab. Or just send me a pm if you are interested in one or want anything special on one before Ojam gets here. I can also take orders now and deliver them and collect for them at Ojam.

The plan is to have a booth for my Traditions Leathercraft supplies where I can also do the kid's armguards this year AND help Donnie and Joyce with the registration booth.

See some of you in a couple more weeks!! Come on Spring hurry up and come and stay.
