Gameday Hot Venison Stew

Tried a new recipe for Gameday,Hot Venison StewImage

Over egg noodles.Image

2 1/2# venison cubed
1/2 cup flour
2 cans rotel(10 oz) or Mexican style stewed tomatoes
1 large onion
2 bell peppers
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Mix flour,salt,and pepper in paper bag.
Shake meat in flour and dump into crockpot
Dump remaining flour into crockpot
Add rotel,onions,peppers,Tabasco sauce and Worcestershire sauce
Cover crockpot and cook on low for 8-9 hours

I added a can of Mexican corn and served over egg noodles.
I live in that solitude which is painful in youth, but delicious in the years of maturity.
