venison medallions ala bubba

2 cups of raspberry merlot - 3 if the cook is in need
ten lbs of backstrap meat,
large roasing pan
2 cups white and 2 cups red potatoes cubed
2 large vidalia onions, peeled and cut
1 clove of garlic

place venison in the pan, add potatoes and merlot. add onions and garlic and roast at 350 for 30 to 50 minutes
and serve with rice, and make gravy using juices and serve on biscuits

biscuits. 2 cups flour, 1/3/ to 1/2 cup of milk two tblsp oil and 1/2 tsp of baking powder knead out form flour them up and bake for 12 -14 minute in dutch oven until browned enjoy
