Man Salad

Ingredients
9 ounces venison steak

Salt and pepper to taste

2 plum tomatoes, cut into eighths

1/3 cup vertically sliced onion

1 small clove garlic, crushed

5 cups chopped romaine lettuce

4 tablespoons low-fat balsamic vinaigrette

3 tablespoons blue cheese crumbles

Directions

Preheat grill pan to medium-high.

Cook steak about 3-4 minutes per side, seasoning each side.

In a large bowl, mix tomatoes, onion, and garlic.

Let meat rest for 3 to 5 minutes after cooking, then slice diagonally into thin strips.

Add meat and lettuce to bowl, pour on vinaigrette, and toss well so that everything is completely coated. Top with cheese.

Serves 2

Yummy!!!! I love the combo of bleu cheese and steak on a salad!! It's a great way to use left over venison steak. ;)
