this is my second year shooting my recurve...never bowhunted before 2007-2008 whitetail season. there for a while, i shot 7 days a week at my glendale 3d target. i shot in some Lost Tribe tradtional shoots last year. 30 targets....i normally would miss about 5 our first shoot this year was feb 14th....

i work at a bank in MS. i haven't hunted in 15 years until 2007 deer season. i owe a big thanks to one of my customers we call Muskrat. He got me into archery....tradtional archery and that got me back into hunting. thanks to his help i have harvested 4 deer so far this season with my martin recurve...

forget that. just last week i watched "when animals attack" there were several mountain lion stories. as you can probably guess none of the stories ended well.

well, i had not hunted in 15 years til one of my customers got me into traditional archery last year.....and i had never bow hunted to begin with. my family and i moved in 94 from the MS delta to North MS. we sold our hunting land and that was that. one of my customers invited me over to shoot bows ...

I have a 1963 Bear Polar, white glass on limbs, zebra wood I beam construction. It is 66" and 50#@28". bearPolar.jpg and a Bear Kodiak 40# @ 28" BearBow.jpg my dad gave me his old bow when i started shooting last year. i practice the majority of my shots between 17 and 30 yds. that's the shots i'll have where i hunt. the deer pictured below was my first bow harvest which was this year. i bought my first bow last year and this is my first season hunting with it. i missed this 6 point opening day at 12 yards. needle...
