I sure would like to have one to mess around,do a little squirrel hunting & such.Checked some of the prices & they bout scared me to death....who makes an affordable one....would really like a double but a single barrel would work to....

Lance, aint much for trout here either....are a few places they stock in the Fall & Spring with rainbows but you can get your limit in about 15 minutes(10-14inchers),good place to takes kids to let em get in on some action,they'll hit anything that lands on the water...lol..The good place for catchi...

35/55 goldtips for me....I' still shoot aluminum from time to time & have a healthy supply of wood that I mostly launch into the tree tops for squirrels but when it comes to crunch time it's carbons all the way.....

Thanks Roger & Lance... All my buddies shot flint & I got to play with theirs before getting one of my own.Not sure if there's any truth to it this but I was always told a well made fintlock would shoot as fast as any caplock....just different for the brain to comprehend that big ball of fire in the...

Here ya go Lance...aint no caplock,it's a flinter.....made kinda on the order of a Tenn poor boy..has cast iron hardware & such..I made it a long time ago.It's a curly maple stock,Siler Lock,Davis triggers,green Mt barrel(.45cal)...bomar sights you get the idea.I purchased all the components seperat...

I really like his show.I think he does a good job really telling the story of the hunt(terrain, people & the animal)Anybody that can look down the barrel at the critters he has & have the self control to pass on anything but the perfect shot has my vote....wouldn't have no trouble at all sharing cam...
